of our community’s permanent dog park:

                          

“HOUND GROUND”

 on

March 27, 2010 @ 9:00 A.M.

 

Located next to Central Winds Park in Winter Springs and overlooking beautiful

Lake Jessup, HOUND GROUND is a park where both two- and four-legged friends

can enjoy the park facilities…

 

·       Acres of fenced in fields

·       Small dog area

·       Water and shade facilities

·       Training area

 

At the
GRAND OPENING

 

There was a FUN FILLED DAY of:

 

·       Training and agility demonstrations

·       Food, drink, and pet product vendors

·       Rescue group presentations

·       Dog parade, contests and much more!

 

We Selected a Dog as
"Ground" Marshal
of the Park
and
 Presented 2 Dog Statues
 to the city
as a way of marking the new digs.
